ACC = agenesis of the corpus callosum

ADL = activities of daily living

AFO = ankle foot orthotic

AROM = active range of motion

Aug. Com. = augmentative communication

bid = twice daily

BiPAP = bi-level positive airway pressure

BM = bowel movement

BP = blood pressure

CBC = complete blood count (lab test)

CHD = congenital heart defect

CNS = central nervous system
